Using the online payments facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. Please do not use this facility if you do not accept any of the terms and conditions listed below Payments It is your responsibility to ensure the right amount is paid as per the services selected in conjunction with the discussions held with QLogy representatives. Your payment will take a minimum of 3 working days to reach the account to which you are making a payment. (This includes time to verify your credit/debit card details with your credit/debit card supplier). QLogy cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons). If the credit/debit card supplier declines payment, QLogy is under no obligation to bring this fact to the customer's attention. Customers should check with their bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from their account. To avail of and use the Services you will have to register with QLogy. As a part of registration process you agree to provide complete and accurate registration information (the "Registration Data") as prompted to do by the Service and to maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate not current or incomplete or QLogy has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, QLogy has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to QLogy trainings, online learning management system etc. All orders shall be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment as established by QLogy which may call for and require additional verification or information. You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on QLogy will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to QLogy. Payment, by itself, does not indicate the existence of a contract or agreement. QLogy’s e-mail conformation of the acceptance and registration to a course is mandatory. Confirmation of Payment You will receive a confirmation of your payment by email as well as an on screen confirmation after you make the payment.
